- Added new translations feed view to improve the agent experience
In our previous experience we would create an extra entry on the case feed with the translation of the message being exchanged so the agent could understand and be understood while communicating in different languages with a customer. With the new experience we provide an independent multilingual case feed where the agent can easily switch between customer and agent language. Learn more here.
- Added new option to send outbound emails using flows
This solution consists of routing the sending of emails through a flow that according to the SF documentation does not count towards Single Email limits. The flow solution does not fix the entire problem since it only works for Orgs created before Spring’19 and for simple emails (without CC’s, Bcc’s, attachments and only a few recipients [max 5]).
