An agent cannot turn off the app. However, if they wish to exchange a specific ticket without using Unbabel it’s very easy. Simply remove the “unbabeled” tag and delete #unbabel in the beginning of the internal note. Every ticket exchange with that customer from them onwards will not pass by Unbabel.
Otherwise, if you wish to completely turn off the app, all you have to do is email our support team and we will take care of that in no time!
