We support HTML/images, emojis, and regular text formatting such as bold, italic, etc.
Talk to us to support different translation modes - you can choose from having tickets only translating when agents are assigned, or translate immediately. You can also choose whether to translate all messages or just the last one. These settings can be managed in the Integrations settings page.
Improved inbound translations
Intercom is a MT-only product, therefore it is not possible to request a human upgraded inbound translation.
