Using Content Blocks with Unbabel

Past limitations with using Unbabel to translate articles where the Content Blocks feature is enabled have been overcome.

The limitations on the Zendesk's API endpoints used by Unbabel to post and update article translations have been removed.

We will extract the text content inside a content block, translate it, and deliver it back in the translated article as normal text. The content will not form a new content block or make changes to any existing ones.

If you wish to create a content block from the translated content, please select the text and create a content block from it using the Zendesk native feature.
