How to create an account
- To create an account, visit https://signup.unbabel.com and locate the sign-up form.
-
Provide a valid business email address and complete the captcha validation. If our system does not recognize you as an existing user, you will proceed to the next step. If you already have an Unbabel account, please log in to your Customer Portal instead.
-
Once your email address is accepted, you will receive an email in your inbox for account validation. Locate the email and click on "Confirm my email."
- Confirm your email to proceed to the account creation steps. Begin by entering your name and job title.
- Next, select a strong password. Your password should contain a combination of lowercase and uppercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
- Proceed to provide your Business name and the URL of your translation domain. Your business name will be associated with your Unbabel account, while the domain URL will serve as the access point to your Portal.
If an account already exists with the designations you selected, you will receive an error prompt.
Once you have completed the steps, we will acknowledge your account creation request.
The creation of your Portal may take a few minutes. Upon completion, you will receive a confirmation email. From that point forward, you can access your Customer Portal and utilize its full range of features.
A Free Trial Portal allows you to create pipelines, manage linguistic resources such as translation memories, connect workflows, and request translations. The home page will display the three most significant steps of the Customer Portal, indicating whether you have completed any of them: 1. Requesting an On-demand translation, 2. Integrating with a CRM, and 3. Inviting other users.
By default, we create pipelines and trial subscriptions for you, enabling you to begin translating immediately.
