Managing Billing Information and Units

During your Free Trial

To access and manage your billing information, you can navigate to the Billing section in your account.

Here's what you need to know about billing:

During the free trial period, you have the opportunity to translate up to 1,000 words, free of charge, to experience Unbabel. 1 unit will equal 1 word.

After your Free Trial

After the free trial, we transition to a pricing model based on the usage of Unbabel units where 1 Unbabel unit costs 3$

Prepayment

To access and use additional units, prepayment is required through the billing section.

Go to Billing > "Buy units" button located in the top right corner of the Billing page.

Follow the instructions to complete the payment using our trusted payment gateway. Once the payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation from our team and the corresponding units will be added to your account within 1 business day, enabling you to start using them.

Please note that the units purchased for your Unbabel account have an expiration period of one year from the date of purchase. It's important to monitor your unit usage and plan accordingly to maximize your experience.

Invoices

You can view your past invoices on the Billing page. The invoices are listed with their respective number, due dates, amounts, and payment statuses. If needed, you can download a PDF version of the invoice directly from the Portal by hovering over the entry and clicking the download button at the end of the row.
