Post-Trial Options with Unbabel

Once your trial period with Unbabel has ended, you have two options to continue using our services based on your specific needs. Here are the available options:

1- Acquire Unbabel Units with Self- Service

If you find value in Unbabel and wish to continue using our translation services, you can purchase Unbabel Units.

Each unit is equivalent to $3 and covers specific translation services.

Here's a breakdown of what you get with each unit:

• Quick translation (MT only): This includes 5,000 words.
• Hybrid Translation (MT reviewed by a human editor): This includes 22.7 words.
• High-Quality Translation (MT reviewed by an editor and a senior editor): This includes 15 words.

Note that it is important to confirm with us the workflow you are interested in using, such as Lite PEMT. This will allow us to configure your account accordingly. You can do so via the chatbot

Follow these steps to acquire additional units:

• Go to Billing > click on the "Buy units" button.
  On the linked page, you can select the desired amount of units you wish to purchase.
• Make the payment for the selected units using the provided payment methods and by selecting the number of units you are interested in getting
  Click on Qty (1) > Add # of units (2) > Insert your information and click on pay (3)
  
• After we receive your payment, it will take approximately one day to update your account with the additional units.
• During this process, it is important to confirm with us the Pipeline Group you are interested in using, such as Lite PEMT. This will allow us to configure your account accordingly.

2 - Signup for a Subscription

If your translation needs are more complex and involve factors such as complex terminology, high volumes, or integrations with platforms like Salesforce, we recommend considering a subscription plan. Subscriptions provide a more tailored and comprehensive solution for your specific requirements.

• To explore subscription options, please contact our sales team at sales@unbabel.com. They will guide you through the available plans and help you choose the most suitable option for your needs. Do mention you have already created an account using the Unbabel free trial.
