The Unbabel widget will display a status value below the Unbabel Ticket ID. This field, named Outbound Translation Status, will always display the status of the last outbound translation request of the ticket as read in the Last Update - it does not provide information about previous translations if there has been a new outbound translation request since then.
Along with the Status field, an Update Status button is available that will re-read and return the current status of the last translation request.
The known status on display are:
- Translating: the translation is currently undergoing
- Delivered: the translation was delivered
- Not able to reach Unbabel: an error has occurred when communicating with Unbabel. It may or may not represent a failure when creating the translation request
- No outbound translation requested yet
- Translation failed
- Delivery failed
- Delivery retry failed
Should you encounter any problematic statuses, please reach out to us at customer.happiness@unbabel.com with the Unbabel Ticket ID and some information identifying the affected message (source text, timestamp), along with any additional observations you find relevant. Try to include screenshots if possible.
