Unbabel for Zendesk includes a series of features that are designed to help you draw the best from the integration and effortlessly adapt to your workflow. We are only listing the main ones, so feel free to reach out to your LangOps Manager if you wish to learn more.
Unbabel for Zendesk allows for selected text to be kept hidden from both the machine and editors, in addition to the automatic anonymization process.
In case you are having trouble grasping the meaning of a machine-translated inbound message, you can request a human improved translation for it to be delivered, as seen here.
Having a ticket contain a blacklisted tag will prevent Unbabel from initializing, effectively disabling translations and blocking any data from reaching Unbabel.
Thread translation allows for multiple messages requiring translation to be translated at once, or having the messages in a ticket translated into a new language should a change in language settings occur.
It is also possible to manually request a full thread translation of public replies in the ticket. The following commands have the effect:
- #thread in → This will create a thread translation containing only inbound messages
- #thread all → This will create a thread translation with all public messages
Note: if this feature doesn't work, please re-install your webhooks.
