Unbabel for Zendesk allows for selected text to be kept hidden from both the machine and editors, in addition to the automatic anonymization process. Text surrounded by triple brackets (<<<text>>>) or (<#text#>) will be invisible to editors and be delivered exactly as it was left.
In case you are having trouble grasping the meaning of a machine-translated inbound message, you can request a human improved translation for it to be delivered, as seen here.
Having a ticket contain a blacklisted tag will prevent Unbabel from initializing, effectively disabling translations and blocking any data from reaching Unbabel.
