Installing Unbabel for Zendesk ticketing is simple:
1. Install the Unbabel app via the Zendesk Apps Marketplace. Get it here!
You can use the search button on the right to find the app.
From the Agent view: Admin > Marketplace Apps > Unbabel.
2. Open any existing ticket.
3. Toggle the Apps button in the upper righthand corner of the window and follow the short setup wizard to start using Unbabel for Zendesk!
If you can't see Unbabel at this point, you may need to reorder the apps in your sidebar.
When you are finished, your Zendesk agent interface should look similar to this.
