How to enable your agents to read and write tickets in 20 different languages
When you receive a ticket in a foreign language, Unbabel translates it automatically so you don’t lose time switching between apps to get a translation.
You can set the app not to start automatically.
Defining the Languages you speak
Agents can choose in Settings all the languages that they speak. Only tickets in other languages will be translated.
Unbabel app also allows you to choose Machine Translations or Human Translation, or a mixture of both called Progressive Translation, explained below.
Remember that only human translations are charged. All machine translations are free.
Using Translation Modes
You can use human translations to guarantee the highest quality possible. It allows you and your clients to easily understand the translations done by native speakers.
Progressive translation, on the other hand, is the best combination of speed, quality, and cost.
Progressive translation allows you to instantly reply to customers using machine translation for free.
If the customers don't fully understand the translation, they can click on the link that appears on the bottom of the email:
The translation will then be upgraded to human quality and delivered directly to your customer (and updated on your Zendesk)
