- Standard instructions: each time you make a request on your Unbabel account, your brand tone and other key information is automatically shown to translators. This way you don’t have to constantly repeat yourself — some extra minutes to enjoy a cup of tea instead — and translators always get the right context on each request;
- Glossaries: to ensure accuracy and consistency, we’ll define your most important and frequent words, such as brand names and keywords, and establish designated translations into each language.
- Rulebook: customised for each customer, the rulebook includes guidelines about how to translate specific types of content, the formality and tone of your brand, numbers, character limitations, and whatever else is necessary.
