There are three reasons you might not see the Unbabel app within the Zendesk agent interface.
1. Unbabel is sneakily hidden beneath other apps in your sidebar. To fix this, navigate to Admin > Apps > Manage, select Ticket from the dropdown menu, and drag Unbabel into a convenient position. No pressure or anything, but we’ve heard it looks pretty good right up front.
- You have not toggled the App button in your Agent Ticketing interface.
- Unbabel is disabled. Just pop that enabled option and let’s get cracking.
