If selected in the Settings, we can post your Zendesk articles as drafts so you can review the translation before it is published.
If not selected, you will be able to see your translated articles from within the Help Center immediately.
To find your translations saved as Drafts:
- In the Help Center, go to "Manage Articles"
- Go to Drafts and select the article
Open the article and go to the language dropdown menu.
If the language has a pencil icon next to it, then the article for that language is in draft mode.
Click on the language and uncheck Draft.
Make sure that the Section, where your article is posted, is not in Draft mode too.
When your section and articles are out of draft mode for a given language, you will be able to see the articles within your live Help Center for that language.
