Because what our editors do at Unbabel is post-edition, not translation, it’s really important that evaluation tasks show not just the completed target text, but also the original machine translation. This is why the text has yellow and grey markers on it.
In short:
Yellow markers represent characters that have been added to the text.
Grey markers represent characters that were removed from the machine-translated text.
