If you’ve lost your access to paid tasks, don’t worry. This doesn’t mean you won’t be able to work for us again - it means that based on the sample of tasks we sent to evaluation, we unfortunately had to remove your access as your average rating was below the minimum threshold.
To regain access to paid tasks, you’ll first need to wait thirty days from the time that you received an email advising you of this demotion. After this waiting period, please complete ten new training tasks and wait for your new evaluation results - please note that if the LP in question isn’t open at this point, you’ll most likely have to wait until it reopens for registrations in order to regain access.
Please note: only tasks completed after the waiting period will be eligible for your new evaluation. Any tasks completed before this point will not form part of the total.
