The installation must be ensured by a user who is an Account administrator in Freshdesk.
1- Navigate to Admin > Apps > Get more apps
3- Click ‘Install’
4- Navigate back to Freshdesk Tickets view, and click ‘Unbabel Translate’ on the right panel of any ticket
5- Click on the Unbabel Icon
6- Begin the process by clicking ‘Start free trial’ then ‘I already have an account’. This pops out into a new window so you can authenticate.
7- Follow the process through to authorise access for Unbabel, by using your Unbabel dashboard credentials
8- Retrieve your API key from your profile, head back to a Freshdesk ticket and insert it when prompted in the widget.
9- Add your chosen agents in the ‘Agents Setup’ field.
10- Click ‘Save Settings’
11- Go back to Unbabel, click ‘Login’, and use the credentials for your Unbabel account
12- You should be all set! Open any ticket and in the right hand panel, you’ll see Unbabel.
