The installation must be ensured by a user who is an Account administrator in Freshdesk.
1- Navigate to Admin > Apps > Get more apps
3- Click ‘Install’
4- Navigate back to Freshdesk Tickets view, and click ‘Unbabel Translate’ on the right panel of any ticket
5- Click on the Unbabel Icon
6- Begin the process by clicking ‘Start free trial’ This pops out into a new window so you can authenticate.
7- Choose ‘I already have an account’.
8- Follow the process through to authorize access for Unbabel, by using your Unbabel dashboard credentials
9- Retrieve your API key from your profile and insert it when prompted.
10- Add your chosen agents in the ‘Agents Setup’ field.
11- Click ‘Save Settings’
12- Go back to Unbabel, click ‘Login’, and use the credentials for your Unbabel account
13- You should be all set! Open any ticket and in the right hand panel, you’ll see Unbabel.
To set up all your agents, please make sure to speak with your Unbabel Program Manager.
