When you receive a ticket in a foreign language, you can choose to have the first message translated as an internal note before you even open the ticket.
To set this option find the Unbabel Widget and head to the Settings page. To do this, expand the Unbabel widget, find and click the cogwheel icon at the top left corner, and select Account setup. Once you arrive at the Settings Page, ticket the Automatic Pre-Translation checkbox, and click Save. You should be all set.
