If you need to handover management of the Unbabel app to another user, you can do so on your end. There can only be one Unbabel admin at a time. The new admin needs to be an account administrator in Freshdesk as well.
The new Unbabel admin must be authorized and able to see the app.
You just need to go to the applet and select Settings, then Account, then Ticket Access.
For the agent token value, insert the API key and press sign in to complete the process.
