By default, Unbabel will translate the first message from the customer that is yet to be actioned since the last delivered translation, provided it is the first message on the ticket or it follows a public reply from an agent (whether this reply was Unbabeled or not).
As such, multiple successive messages from the customer may result in only the first one being translated. If you find it common to have these messages in succession and wish for us to deliver a translation for the whole lot, we have a feature for you. Speak with your Program Manager or CSM to learn more.
