If you come across any translations that are not meeting your standards for quality or that are raising suspicions, you should report it to us. So that we can to find the translation requests that the translations refer to, we kindly ask that you generate a report on these, and send it to customer.happiness@unbabel.com.
Alternatively, for spontaneous reports, you can also use the Customer Portal Translation Auditing page to report a problem.
We advise you to discuss the feedback loop that suits you the most with your Program Manager or CSM, but typically, you would be sending us a file containing the text to be analysed along with flagged errors, their severity, translation suggestions, comments and any other observations you find relevant. As such, it may be a good idea to use the report mentioned above to build on this feedback file.
Along with the report, it is important that you add some context into the issue, as to where you suspect the error to be, along with any comments or suggested corrections you may wish to make. Our team will dedicate its utmost attention to any issues you raise.
