After you conclude the installation, you need to define which languages will be listed as available for translation with Unbabel. You can select them from a list, as shown next. Please make sure the list matches the languages contractualized in your agreement. If necessary, raise the question to your Program Manager or CSM.
Select the supported languages for Live Agent by heading to Setup. There, find the Picklist Value Sets option under Build. Mark all the languages that you are using as Active. For such cases where a language has more than one variant (ex: Spanish and Spanish-latam) please only select the one that was subscribed with Unbabel. Only select more than one if you have them on your agreement.
- Setting up an agent's writing language
Any authorized agent will by default be allowed to use Unbabel to translate into any of the supported and contractualized languages. You still need to set-up his/her writing language, though.
In order to accomplish this, head to Setup > Users > Users. You should find a field called Unbabel Main Language. If you don't, you may want to read this article. Here, set the language the agent is expected to write in as agreed in your contract.
