When you're completing the installation process for Unbabel for Zendesk Chat, you will have the chance of selecting which agents you wish to grant authorization to access the tool by checking them from the list of all existing agents and saving the settings.
However, you will not be able to manage any changes to authorization later. Should you require new agents to be authorized or revoked, please reach out to customer.happiness@unbabel.com or your Program Manager with the request, while listing any Zendesk agent codes needing changing.
