Linking your Help Center to the Unbabel KB tool will always start by connecting to the subdomain of a specific brand. However, it may be the case that you have multiple Help Centers containing articles that you wish to have translated spread across different brands. If that is the case, you will need to integrate each brand one by one.
To accomplish this, log in to the Unbabel tool, as usual, using your Unbabel account email and password. If you already have one brand associated, the tool will load the information about the articles contained in it. From here, find the cogwheel icon at the top-right corner of the screen. Click it and select + Add Integration. You can also access this button from the initial page if you already have more than one brand associated.
This will prompt a familiar window asking you to insert the Zendesk's brand subdomain.
You can confirm which subdomain your brand has by accessing the brand settings. This can be done in two ways:
- select Brand settings from the Guide Admin menu
- head to your Zendesk instance's Settings>Manage>Brands
Find out which is the subdomain for the brand by choosing to Edit the brand settings (clicking the cogwheel icon). You will find a panel such as the one below.
Write the subdomain in the setup window and the brand will be associated with the Unbabel tool. Please take into consideration that each brand will need to have its language setup completed individually in the Guide Admin.
