Linking your Help Center to the Unbabel integration webpage will always start by connecting to the subdomain of a specific brand. However, it may be the case that you have multiple Help Centers containing articles that you wish to have translated spread across different brands. If that is the case, you will need to integrate each brand one by one.
To accomplish this, log in to the Unbabel webpage. If you already have one brand associated, the tool will load the information about the articles contained in it. From here, find the cogwheel icon at the top-right corner of the screen. Click it and select + Add Integration. Note: to successfully integrate a new brand, the user conducting the process must have a role of Zendesk admin and be logged in to the respective instance in a different tab of the same browser. This is because we will need to generate a new token able to read and write content in the Zendesk instance.
This will prompt a familiar window asking you to insert the Zendesk's brand subdomain, which you can obtain as explained here. Add the subdomain in the setup window, and click Authorize to see the brand be integrated. Please take into consideration that each brand will need to have its language setup completed individually in the Guide Admin.
