Why am I getting the information that the Help Center does not exist?

This error message is not a pleasant sight. If you are seeing it, you are probably trying to perform some action in Unbabel's integration page and we are failing to communicate with your Help Center brand.

We use your brand's subdomain to establish this communication. If that subdomain has been subject to any changes, we will lose communication and the brand you have integrated with Unbabel earlier will become unresponsive. These changes include any changes to subdomain name, deletion of brands, or movement of copying of articles to different brands.

The solution is integrating the new subdomain by following this process.
