The Service Status page acts as a diagnostic tool for the status of Unbabel's services and some external services Unbabel uses to enhance the experience of the Interface. When conducting troubleshooting, the Unbabel team may ask you to access the page and report back with the results (usually a screenshot will suffice).
The status report will refer to the connection established between a specific user, in his workstation, to our network ultimately, so whenever you are troubleshooting make sure the affected user is the one generating the report in his device.
Access to the status page requires the agent to be logged in. The agent only needs to post the page URL in his browser: https://interface.unbabel.com/#/service-status
The report will look something like this:
Send the information (screenshot) to the Unbabel team. If you are detecting any service URLs not being accessed, you may want to double-check with your IT department if any network restrictions are in place as well.
Important note: if you are getting an Unauthorized error or the page is not loading for some reason even if you are logged in, please try accessing it again by reloading the page or pasting the URL again. A known issue may affect the loading of the page on the first attempt.
