How to change the agent's language

It is possible for each agent to change its language, which will make the Unbabel app assume the language the agent is writing in. These settings are accessible by each agent only.

The agent can see the current selection and make any changes by clicking the cogwheel icon above the Unbabel logo in the widget:

The agent language is changed in the Your language: field by selecting it from the dropdown list and clicking Save. This will re-translate all chat messages taking into consideration the new selection.

Note: the language of the agent will be, by default, English. Do not change the language unless the specificity of your workflow and agreement with Unbabel determines so.

If the selection configures an nonexistent language pair, a message reading We don't support translations between X and Y will display.
