Each agent has and is the only one who can manage, a group of spoken languages which Unbabel will assume that do not require translation. The Unbabel applet will not be activated when you open a chat conducted in any of these selected languages and a "It seems the customer is speaking in the same language as you." message will be displayed instead of a translation.
In order to manage the spoken languages, the agent should click the cogwheel icon above the Unbabel logo in the widget. Spoken languages can be selected from the Languages that you speak list. In order to select/deselect multiple languages, hold CTRL/CMD and click the languages. Be sure to save any changes.
