To access the Settings menu, look for the cogwheel icon in the top-right corner of the screen and click it. If you're managing multiple brands of your Help Center, you will need to select one first. Once you click it, go ahead and select Settings.
The settings window will allow you to manage different configuration items:
- Translation Publishing
If your original article is published, we can immediately publish any translated version as well if this box is unchecked. Translations can actually be published too, even if the source article is a draft. Should you have the Publish as Draft option ticked though, translated versions will be delivered as drafts, allowing you to edit and/or publish them manually later.
- Zendesk Token
You can refresh your Zendesk Guide token here.
- Translate internal Help Center titles
When you send an article for translation, you are sending the article text along with other HTML information, including the URLs for hyperlinked text. With this setting toggled, we ensure that if you are translating an English article into Spanish, for example, any URL looking like https://help.unbabel.com/hc/en-us/articles/17030253798679 will be adjusted to https://help.unbabel.com/hc/es/articles/17030253798679, ensuring a Spanish reader will open the Spanish version of the linked article.
