It is possible to recover your Customer Portal password autonomously. In order to reset your password, follow these steps:
1 - Click the Forgot password link below the credentials fields when trying to login.
2 - Enter the email address associated with the Unbabel Portal, click the Get Reset Link button and we will send you an email allowing you to reset the password.
Should you fail to receive the reset link, check your spam folder. We will send this email to the registered address used in the activation process.
3 - Enter a new password. The password needs to be different from the last few ones you used.
4 - Login to the Portal using the new password and your email.
Email group addresses
If you're using an email group address to login to the Customer Portal, the recovery email may not be received until you accommodate some settings. You need to be able to receive external communications in that email.
For example, Google Group settings may not allow for external users to post messages to the group. To ensure our emails are received, please perform the following steps please:
1 - Sign in to Google Groups.
2 - Click the name of a group.
3 - On the left, click Group settings > General.
4 - Under Who can post, make sure Anyone on the web is selected.
5 - Click Save changes.
