The Usage Reporting page is the place to be if you are looking to deep-dive into the metrics of any of your active subscriptions' usage in real-time, enabling you to leverage these insights and optimize your customers’ experience over time. You will be able to look into metrics broken down per:
- Billing cycle (the duration of the subscription)
- Language pair
- Time period
You will also be presented with detailed data concerning the TAT and Volumes for all your active languages, either isolated or in total.
Start by selecting the subscription you wish to analyze, by clicking on the option from the drop-down menu under Select a subscription.
The first graph contains the subscription details that are also available on the Home page. You will also have a clear indication of where your current usage lies in relation to the total subscribed amount of units which it contains.
Below the gauge chart, you will be presented with a combined chart that will display the monthly usage as well as the accumulated one, in form of a line. The limit of subscribed units will be displayed as a grey line towards which the accumulated usage will trend.
Usage Analysis board
This board will allow you to break down important information such as used units and TATs per language pair, per combination of several language pairs, or considering totals, while also setting the period of time you wish the results to pertain to. You can define the different criteria by clicking any of the drop-down buttons on the board.
Selecting specific language pairs will add them to a row just below the buttons. Once you have made the selection for LPs and period of time, you may click the Filter button. Should you wish to display totals for the full subscription duration, click the Reset button. If you wish to deselect a LP, simply click on it again in the drop-down list.
For any given selection, you will be able to check on the number of used units, the percentage of the total of used units they make up, the average number of words per message, and median TAT. Unit count and TAT will also be broken down by language pair in two charts further below. Lastly, the Usage Monitor will give you an idea of how units have been used according to your search criteria.
