The Languages page will enable you to keep track of the latest available quality analysis for each of your subscribed languages, so you can always be confident about the experience you provide to your end customers.
We are aiming at full transparency, so every language pair that has enough data to be subject to such an evaluation will have the results disclosed on the page. We will present the results using the MQM metric, the industry's standard metric for quality measurement.
The MQM value will vary on a 1 to 100 scale. Unbabel is ambitious and demanding where establishing its standards is concerned, but please take into consideration that standards of excellence are not necessarily values that are always close to 100. Speak to your Program Manager or Account Manager to learn more and interpret your results.
If the results for any LP drop below what we consider to be the acceptable threshold, our Linguistic teams will immediately move towards the design and implementation of the appropriate corrective measures that we find necessary to improve the quality of translations.
