Human edited translations are not completed instantaneously. However, if a translation takes much longer than usual to be posted as a public reply, and you grow suspicious of it, you can look for some common reasons that may have led the request to fail.
1 - The unbabeled tag is missing from the Tags field. Make sure the tag is added to the ticket. To be really sure that that the tag takes effect, add it before you post the internal note.
Note: we can remove the dependency on the unbabeled tag should you wish. Reach out to us in order to implement the change.
2 - You have the ticket's language set as a spoken language. Make sure you don't have the language set as spoken by having a look at your language settings.
3 - The ticket is closed. Even though we are able to post translations in solved tickets, closed tickets are beyond our API's reach.
4 - A specific error, probably disclosed by one of our error messages, is affecting your request. Read more in this article.
If you are not able to solve the issue on your own, don't hesitate in reaching out to us at customer.happiness@unbabel.com.
