Unbabel's translation pipeline can handle different content formats, but the specificities of working with them vary from one type to another. This can be especially tricky if HTML or formats such xliff or csv are involved.
When you submit a translation order, you're required to select the appropriate text format. This will determine the format of the output file and the way we will deal with the translation. If your translation is badly formatted, confirm if the selected format was the correct one under the Order details page. If it wasn't, you will need to submit a new request where the selection is done correctly.
If on the other end, you made the correct choice and still found problems with the output, you will need to report the translation to us.
