My translation request came out badly formatted

Unbabel's translation pipeline can handle different content formats, but the specificities of working with them vary from one type to another. This can be increasingly complex depending on the risk factor for each supported file type.

Some formats with more complex structure may require you to review them to ensure the translation process hasn't changed any important properties.

The uploaded format was wrong

Make sure that the format of the file you are submitting actually matches the content/structure of the file. Common oversights of this guideline include: plain text files that contain HTML; csv files that imported to xlsx incorrectly; etc.
