Now, we will configure the User Layout page. This is important since it will add an Unbabel section that configures the user's Unbabel language settings.
1 - Click on the setup icon and then on Setup:
2 - Once you are on the Setup Home page, click on “Object Manager.”
3 - On the “Quick Find” search bar, type “User”. Then, click on the “User” label.
4 - Once you are on the User page, click on “User Page Layouts” on the left column and then on "User Layout” under “Page Layout Name.”
5 - For all the Page Layouts you are using, create a new section called "Unbabel" and dragg and drop the fields “Unbabel Known Languages” and “Unbabel Main Language “ in there.
- Unbabel Known Languages → The source language that your agents will be using (normally English). If this field is empty, the Salesforce user language is used as default.
- Unbabel Main Language → You can add languages NOT to be translated for native agents that don't require translations for some specific languages.
6 - Don't forget to click on "Save" before leaving to validate your updates.
