This is a suggested configuration for your Lightning Console. You can change it as you like, the only requirement is that the Unbabel Chat Component is added on the page.
1 - Select the Lightning Service Console that you currently use to support your customers with Chat. We used the Service Console as an example:
2 - Go to Setup and click Edit Page:
3 - Previous Note: We don’t recommend the use of pinned sidebars on the Layout for the Unbabel component as it may return a bad UI experience. Nevertheless, you can add the Chat Translations component to an existing Lighting Record Page.
If you are creating a new page, we recommend the layouts where the header is accompanied by a sidebar, or a split region.
4 - Add a Tab component to the layout
5 - Add the standard SF chat component the previously created tab. This is mandatory as our component relies on it to produce translations.
6 - Add a new tab in the component where the standard chat is and rename it to Chat Translations
7 - Place the UnbabelChatBody component in this new tab. You should now have 2 tabs, one with the Conversation chat view, and the other with the Chat Translations component.
8 - Save the changes.
Now that the basic setup is complete, you may wish to check the App's general configurations.
