You need to configure the Unbabel languages. These languages will be available for selection in Unbabeled Cases, Knowledge Articles, Live Agent chats, and wherever the Integration is used.
1. In your Salesforce environment go to the Setup settings and search and select Picklist Value Sets:
2. Select Languages (from the Unbabel managed package):
3. Mark all the languages that you are using as Active, moving them from Inactive:
NOTE: For the cases where a language has more than one variation (ex: Spanish and Spanish(latam)) please select only the one that was contractualized with Unbabel. Only select more than one if you have them on your agreement.
