You need to add all the necessary permissions to the agents using Unbabel. Please see how to add the standard Unbabel LA Permissions and the Extra Permissions that ensure service runs smoothly.
Note: recall that having been assigned to the Unbabel API permission set previously is also a requirement for everyone using our integration.
Adding Unbabel LA Permissions
- On the top right corner click the wheel button:
- On the dropdown, click the Setup:
- On the search bar, type Permission Sets:
- Click the Permission Sets option and go to the permission set Unbabel LA Permissions:
- Click Manage Assignments:
- And then Add Assignments:
- Select all the Agents/Users that will be using the Unbabel Chat and click assign.
Adding Extra Permissions
Next, we'll be needing to add some Object permissions. This needs to be added separately because Salesforce does not allow for incorporating standard object permissions on a managed package permission set.
- Next to the Unbabel LA Permissions click on Clone:
- Call the new Permission Set Unbabel LA Permissions - Push Topic, and click Save.
- Open the Unbabel LA Permissions - Push Topic, and navigate to the Push Topic object:
- On the Push Topic select Read and Create permissions and save your changes:
- After that navigate to the Chat Transcript object.
- Add the Read, Create, Edit permission and click Save.
- Go back to the Permission set page and click Manage Assignments:
- And then Add Assignments:
- Once more, select all the Agents/Users that will be using the Unbabel Chat and click assign.
Note: Cloning the permission set will remove all assignments. You can user Permission Set Groups to more easily add all Unbabel users to the required Permission Sets.
Next, it will prove necessary to properly configure the User's language setup.
