Notes:

• Fix no translate tags content appearing on the translated body of the transcript.

When an agent would use the no-translate features, brackets would appear in the transcript when they shouldn't.

• Fix frozen translations when a subscriber loses connection to the Streaming API.

Fixes a bug whereby successfully completed translations were not being correctly updated in the front end and were stuck on Translating... status indefinitely. Unbabel now force checks for translating messages every 20 seconds.
