Configuring languages is an important step to have agents being able to select the supported Unbabel languages and prevent any errors in language identification. In order to configure the Languages you need to follow the steps below.
1 - Go to Setup and search and choose Picklist Value Set
2 - Select Languages.
3 - Deactivate all the languages that you will not be using. Do not deactivate the agent language, most likely English.
Warning: If you select one of the languages as default, the Unbabel Language for a case can be assigned regardless of language identification:
- either by using Record Types that use the default value
- or in case you are not using Record Types, it will be assigned to any newly created case
Add Languages on Case Record Types
You'll need to add the picklist to any Case Record Types in use.
1 - Please add the Active Languages to all the Case Record Types that you are using. Find and click on each record type.
2 - Select the Unbabel Language field:
3 - Add all the languages that you will be using to the Selected Value column and click Save.
Let us proceed to setting up an Organization-Wide Address.
