If you do not have an Organization-Wide Address you will need to set one up. Otherwise, you can skip this section.
1 - Under Setup, Navigate to the Organization-Wide Address setup page.
2 - Click the Add button.
3 - Fill in the fields that suit your organization and click Save.
Important note: make sure all Org-wide emails to be used with Unbabel are verified.
Next, you'll need to add the Organization-Wide email addresses relevant to the Unbabel Operaration in the Unbabel SC Configuration menu.
4 - Go to the App Launcher, open the Unbabel SC - Configuration Menu.
5 - Select the options that best suit your company. Make sure Unbabel Organization Wide Email Addresses has an email selected. Click Save and a success message should appear.
(*) Please make sure you map all the required support addresses that will translate with Unbabel as Org-Wide email addresses. After adding the emails please ensure that the profile that is assigned to the Integration User has access to those addresses. (Please access the link: [your instance URL]/email-admin/owa/listOrgWideEmailAddress.apexp to check the mapping)
Note: if using one of the two alternative email components, this selection is ignored. All org-wide emails that can allow the profile of the Integration user and the agent handling the case can be used with the components.
