Notes:
- Fix rendering of email templates on the Email Translation tab
The issue was causing the folders not to display correctly in the Email Template component.
- Fix thread id usage on subject line misplacing no translate tags
In some cases the no translate tags were being misplaced on the email subject, causing that they were not correctly interpreted on the Unbabel side.
