You can find the general configurations for the Unbabel Connector under the Unbabel - Configuration menu. To find it, search for the Item in the App launcher and click it.
The menu will present you with different items, divided across some sections.
This sections allows you send a test MT-only translation to our pipeline, or redo the configuration.
Redoing the Configuration will set the user conducting the process as the new Integration User. The user should be assigned to the Permission set Unbabel API before conducting the process.
Unbabel Translation Permission
This section has been deprecated. If you see it, you're using an outdated version of the package.
To ensure that the correct human reviewed step is in place, always keep the Human checkbox being the only one selected.
If you plan on using a Sandbox, or if you have a MT-only queue in place, you'll need to have the Machine checkbox toggled too.
Note: if you are still using an outdated version, at least one Translation Permission needs to be set. Otherwise, the error message No translation permissions were set for you organization. Please, contact your System Administrator. will display.
- Human Translation Notification → determines whether an email is sent to the agent creating the translation request once the outbound message is delivered
- Archive Translation Requests after → if filled, determines the number of days before a Translation Request record is move to Archived Translation Requests (Big Object). Requests are subsequently deleted.
- Language Pairs Update Interval → if checked, Salesforce will try to update Active Languages based on the languages currently supported at Unbabel every few days as input in the field.
Salesforce API Configuration
Includes the Unbabel SF URL and the token ID. Do not change any of these values.
