Connecting your workflows allows translations to be delivered seamlessly without agents having to alternate between different tools. When you complete the workflow configuration, your CRM will connect to your Unbabel account and the translation capabilities of Unbabel become available to your agents.
Note: you need to be an Admin of the instance you are connecting to in order to complete the process successfully.
Note 2: Please make sure that you are logged in in your Zendesk instance in a different tab of the same browser when conducting the process, otherwise the connection won't be established.
1 - You can establish this connection by clicking the Integrate button in the Homepage, or heading to the Integrations section of the Portal and clicking Connect workflow.
2 - See the introduction screen and click next to proceed to the installation.
3 -Select Zendesk Support from the list of Unbabel Integrations and click on Connect to workflow.
4 - Unbabel for Zendesk Support is available in the Marketplace. The app page will load. Click on Install.
5 - Add your instance's subdomain and click Sign-in.
6 - Click to install the app
7 - Once done, open any ticket to find the Unbabel widget on the app panel. Click on Get Started.
8 - You'll be sent back to the Portal. Authorize the connection to Unbabel.
9 - Authorize all agent all agents to use the app. You can choose to do this later by skipping this step entirely.
10 - Conclude the installation.
The Unbabel widget is now active. As the installer, you are automatically authorized and enabled to use Unbabel for Zendesk Support.
