Once you request a cash-out from your dashboard, it can take up to 14 business days for the funds to arrive in your PayPal or Payoneer account.
While we often process payments sooner than 14 business days, this isn't guaranteed. We work hard to handle cash-outs as quickly as possible and take pride in being known for fast payments.
If your payment is still within the 14-business-day window, please don’t contact us—we won’t be able to provide any updates or speed up the process. Our standard response will simply confirm that the cash-out is in progress and will be completed within the stated timeframe.

Quick tip:
Once you submit a cash-out request, the amount is immediately deducted from your Unbabel balance and will appear as pending. As soon as the payment is processed, it will be marked as completed in your account. During the transition period from Unbabel's payment methods to TransPerfect's, it might take up to 48 hours after the payment is processed and marked as completed in your Unbabel account before it arrives in your PayPal account. Please allow for this time window before reaching out to support for inquiries on possible payment errors or delays.
