After you request a cash out on your dashboard, it’ll take up to 14 days until you receive the money into your PayPal/Payoneer account.
There are occasions when we pay out earlier than 14 days, and sometimes this can happen quite frequently.
If your payment is taking longer than you think is normal, but it is still within the 14-day waiting period, please do not email us. Our response will always be that the cash-out will be processed within 14 days, and we cannot expedite cash-out requests under any circumstances.
Just so you know, once you make a cash-out request, the amount is deducted from your Unbabel balance and will display as pending while you wait for the credited amount to arrive in your account. Once we’ve paid it out, it will show as completed on your balance.
