Users can’t change their own email address through the interface. We have had to restrict this feature for security reasons and if you try to change it in your settings the system will just ask you to contact support.
If you urgently need to change your email address, for example your old one has been deactivated or you cannot get paid without changing it, please contact us. Please be aware that this is a manual process and may take a while to fix.
Please remember to always use the email address associated with your PayPal or Payoneer account - we are unable to make exceptions to our policy regarding payments.
