Users can’t change their own email address through the interface. We have had to restrict this feature for security reasons and if you try to change it in your settings the system will just ask you to contact support.
Because of security reasons, in order to change your email address we will need you to send us an email to email@example.com to start the process of changing your email. We cannot accept requests submitted from the Help Centre, nor can we accept requests from a secondary email account.
Please be aware when emailing that for us this is a very manual process and may take a while to fix.
