I’m still waiting for my evaluation results

We’re working towards making sure everyone receives their results within three business days, and in many language pairs, you will receive them very quickly.

Sometimes, though, this isn’t possible. We know no one likes to play the waiting game, and we know you’re eager to get started. We are working to make sure you get your results as soon as possible. The absolute deadline is two weeks, but this only happens in extreme cases.

I’ve been waiting for less than 24 hours

It’s unlikely that you will receive your evaluation results within the first 24 hours. Please bear with us while we work on this.

I’ve been waiting for three business days

You’re now at the end of our target timeframe for we’d expect results, but remember that it could take another week or so.

I’ve been waiting for ten days

This is slower than normal, and we’ll be taking action to try and speed up your results. There’s no need to get in contact with us - we always check evaluations daily to make sure no one gets left behind.

I’ve been waiting for more than two weeks

This is incredibly unusual, but rest assured - you haven’t been forgotten. We will already be in contact with our evaluators to understand what’s happened and you should receive your results soon.
