Why haven't my tasks been sent to evaluation?

Onboarding: You don’t have access to paid tasks yet 

If you’re completing the Skill test or the training tasks and you haven’t been evaluated, it may be for a number of reasons. Some of these are listed below:

• When you sign up for the platform, you’ll have to complete 5 tasks in the Skills test. These tasks should be submitted for evaluation automatically. If this is not the case, please open a Support request.
  
  
• You have not reached the minimum rating required to access paid tasks and wish to try again. In this case, you must wait 30 days from your last evaluation. Get in touch with a member of our Community, who will inform you of the possibility of being evaluated again according to the capacity and demand of each language pair.
  
  
• Your tasks are in the queue to be evaluated, but you just aren’t aware of it yet. If you’re sure it’s not any of the above options, please wait for at least a week before getting worried. Chances are that the tasks are waiting to be evaluated!

Paid editors: You are already a member of our community

You haven’t yet been sent to evaluation, don’t worry - it’ll happen soon. 

We don’t have an exact formula for when to send editors to evaluation as it depends on a lot of variables, but we normally aim for once every three months and/or a certain number of tasks completed. For example, if you’ve done several thousand tasks in a month, you can expect to be evaluated sooner than in three months’ time.
