I was evaluated on my training tasks
Due to the incredibly large number of registrations we get for our language pairs, we’re not able to provide everyone with written feedback. This would slow down the process for everyone, and we always try to evaluate editors as efficiently as possible.
This can be tough when you’ve got a rating that was less than perfect, but the first step is to go to the evaluations tab on your dashboard to see each individual task and look at your rating. Cross-reference this against our list of common mistakes and make sure to look at the language guidelines. I was evaluated on my paid tasks
If you were evaluated based on your paid tasks, the first step is to go to your evaluations and read the feedback carefully. This should give you a list of all of the errors the evaluator found and suggestions for improvement, plus a general summary of our work.
